Therapeutic Massage is a combination of techniques ranging from relaxing light pressure Swedish to a deeper and more specific approach similar to medical massage. The pressure and techniques are adjusted to suit each person, depending on their comfort level and what is going on in that area. My goal is to effectively address sore muscles and problem areas but still be gentle enough so you can relax and release stress and tension. For some people that requires more relaxing techniques, and for others it requires deeper techniques. So each session is uniquely tailored to the individual with their body specific needs in mind.
Pregnancy / Prenatal Massage is relaxing and therapeutic to expecting moms. The techniques and pressure used will be tailored to your needs and help relieve tension and discomfort, while being completely safe for you and the baby. There are a variety of positions that can be used during the massage depending on how far along the pregnancy is. I will work with you to find ideal position for your maximum comfort and safety.

Prices include a travel & set up fee, for any distance outside of Los Alamos County an additional charge will be added at the rate of $1 per mile.
